At FitForge, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. We understand that when you order new workout equipment or fitness apparel, you want it in your hands fast so you can get back to doing what you love — training. That's why we've partnered with trusted shipping carriers and built a fulfillment process designed to get your gear out the door and on its way to you without delay.

Order Processing Time

All FitForge orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and applies to all orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs and timeline:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after shipment. This is our most economical shipping option and is available for all orders within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after shipment. Ideal for customers who need their gear a little sooner without paying for overnight delivery.
  • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after shipment. Our fastest shipping option for customers who need their order as quickly as possible.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping destination, and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our website and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.

Where We Ship

FitForge currently ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. FitForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time to enter your order number and email address for an instant status update on your shipment.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.

Shipping Carriers

FitForge works with a network of trusted and reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Depending on your location and the size of your order, your package may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another trusted carrier. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates, and tracking updates may be limited once the package enters the military mail system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

FitForge takes great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Lost Packages — If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Stolen Packages — If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities and contacting us so we can assist you in any way possible.
  • Damaged Packages — If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items before contacting us. This will help us process your claim quickly and efficiently.

We will work swiftly to resolve any shipping issues and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. FitForge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.

Delays & Disruptions

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you and provide updated delivery information as soon as it becomes available.
