If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 30 daysof the delivery date
- Items must be in their original, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, odors, or signs of use
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return
- Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned after the 30-day return window has closed
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return with FitForge is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us — Email our customer support team at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team is available 24/7 and will respond promptly with return instructions and a return authorization.
- Pack Your Items — Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Make sure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship Your Return — Send your return package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Please retain your tracking number for your records.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange — Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued or your exchange order has been placed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a FitForge error, a defective product, or an item that arrived damaged.
- Defective or Incorrect Items — If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, FitForge will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com with photos of the issue and we will arrange a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a FitForge error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our support team at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit as an alternative.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every FitForge order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
We will review your case promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a full refund, or finding another solution that works best for you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at fitforge.customersupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible and cover all associated shipping costs.
Late Returns
We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes 30 days goes by faster than expected. If you need to return an item outside of our standard return window, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee approval for late returns, we always strive to find a fair and reasonable solution for our customers.
Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit instead of returning funds to your original payment method. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future FitForge purchase. Simply let our support team know your preference when initiating your return.
